Every day I will list at least one reason as to why I want to loose weight . This way I will stay motivated.
So , I’m back! I’ve afresh. I’m taking the ‘healthy’ route to weightloss. I don’t think I’ll ever be happy and confident ( uni next year ) if I stay at 11st 1. My goal is 8st and I hope to get there by Christmas. Watch this space and wish me luck . Stay strong !!
